Welcome to bedandwine.it, an online portal managed by Bed And Wine (hereinafter “Bed And Wine”, “we”, “our”), which allows users (hereinafter “User”, “you”, “customer”) to search, compare, and book rooms and accommodations offered by third-party hospitality providers.
We invite you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) before using our website.
3.1 Purpose of the Service
Bed And Wine provides an online platform that enables users to make reservations with third-party hospitality providers (hereinafter “Properties”) that publish their accommodation offers on the site.
Bed And Wine does not own or directly manage the properties or the hospitality services offered.
The accommodation contract is concluded exclusively between the User and the hosting Property. Bed And Wine acts solely as a technical and commercial intermediary.
3.2 Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using our website, the User expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any other policies published on the site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, we kindly ask you not to use our service.
3.3 Registration and Account
To make a reservation, registration of an account may be required. The User is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Bed And Wine is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from the User’s negligence.
3.4 Reservations
Reservations made through the website are binding. The details (prices, cancellation policies, included services, taxes, check-in/check-out times) are provided by the Property and may vary.
The User is required to carefully read the terms of each individual offer before confirming the reservation.
Bed And Wine is not responsible for any discrepancies between what is published and what is actually provided by the Property.
3.5 Payments
Depending on the methods indicated on the Property’s listing, payments may be:
• managed directly through the site (via Bed And Wine or authorized payment providers), or
• made directly to the Property upon stay.
All prices are indicated in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.
3.6 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the Property and are clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Bed And Wine is not responsible for refunds or penalties applied by the Properties. In case of cancellation, the User must contact the Property directly according to the indicated procedures.
3.7 Liability of Bed And Wine
Bed And Wine:
• does not guarantee the quality, availability, safety, or legality of the services provided by the Properties;
• is not a party to the contract between the User and the Property;
• is not liable for damages, service failures, or non-fulfillment by the Properties.
In no event shall Bed And Wine be held liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the portal.
3.8 User Conduct
The User agrees to:
• use the website lawfully and appropriately;
• not falsify information or make fraudulent bookings;
• comply with the stay conditions established by the Property.
Bed And Wine reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in case of violations.
3.9 Intellectual Property
All website contents (trademarks, texts, graphics, images, software) are the property of Bed And Wine or their respective owners, protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
3.10 Changes to the Terms
Bed And Wine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the new version on the website. The changes are deemed accepted with the first use following publication.
3.11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the use of the website or the services offered, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
